In this matter, Mr. George E. Banta and Mr. Daniel Banta appeal an order by the undersigned entered on June 20, 1995 in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. The appellants contend the trial court erred in awarding damages for unpaid legal fees and costs to plaintiff, Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel, ORM&H, based on breach of contract, enforcement of accounts stated and quantum meruit.
