LATIMER, Justice.

This action was brought to determine the boundary line separating plaintiff’s land from defendants’ adjoining property. Plaintiff’s action is a suit to quiet title to a strip of land eighty rods long and approximately 180 feet wide at one end and 192 feet wide at the other. This land is presently occupied by defendants. In their answer the defendants admit they claim to be rightful owners of the land in dispute by alleging that an old fence establishes the true division line between the properties.
