After the decision in this case, reported in 185 Mass. 458, a decree was entered enjoining the defendants from using the words “ Rex ” or “ Rexall ” in connection with the sale of preparations for the cure of dyspepsia, and ordering that upon the filing of a supplemental bill the case should be recommitted to the master for an accounting of profits since the filing of the original bill; and the first question which now comes before us is raised by the defendants’ appeal from this decree.
