I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment *1206on all of Plaintiff's claims. Dkt. # 96. Plaintiff has alleged, under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (" § 1981") and the Washington Law against Discrimination ("WLAD"), that Defendant discriminated and retaliated against him on account of his race and national origin.
