Plaintiff, Pamela R. Gumina, appeals the trial court order denying her application for an order to show cause regarding inspection of records under the Colorado Sunshine Act of 1972 and the Public Open Records Law. We reverse and remand.
When Gumina's employment as Assistant City Manager for the City of Sterling was terminated, she served a records request on the City's custodian of records to obtain the minutes from two City Council meetings during which her employment had been discussed.
