Three writs of certiorari were issued by this court on behalf of different relators to review proceedings-in Judicial Ditch No. 35 in Watonwan county. On December 19, 1919, a petition and bond were filed. Lands in township 105, range 31, were affected. On May 26, 1920, the court made an order adopting and confirming the preliminary report of the engineer and directing him to make a detailed survey and report.
