Collins, C. J.:

This is an appeal from a jury verdict and judgment in favor of respondents and from an order denying appellant’s motion for a new trial. The error asserted is the giving or failure to give certain instructions to the jury. We affirm the judgment and order.

Appellant (plaintiff below) brought an action for personal injuries resulting from a collision between the car in which she was riding as a guest, driven by respondent McAteer, and a *479sheep truck driven by respondent Brown and owned by respondent Cady Auto Co. (defendants below).
