Injunction to restrain the collection of certain income tax for 1927. The controversy arises from the different construction placed by the parties hereto on the amendment of 1927 to the income tax law, Laws 1927, page 475. This amendment was passed and approved March 23, 1927, and, under the Constitution, went into effect July 3, 1927.
