EGINTON, Senior District Judge.

The plaintiff, David S. Osuch (“Osuch”), an inmate currently confined at the Gamer Correctional Institution in Newtown, Connecticut, brings this civil rights action pro se and in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. He names as defendants Connecticut State Trooper Gregory and Assistant Public Defender Joseph E. Lopez. Osuch alleges that defendant Gregory arrested him without probable cause because the arrest warrant was not signed.
