In this multi-district action, plaintiffs,1 individually and on behalf of all persons similarly situated, have brought a consolidated eleven count amended putative class action complaint against defendant Trans Union LLC (“Trans Union”), Aexiom Corp. and MCI WorldCom Communications, Inc., and MCI WorldCom, Inc., (together, “MCI”), alleging various violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.
