MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
STEVEN A. FELSENTHAL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Consolidated Companies, a debtor in this court, case number 389-31065-SAF-ll, has moved this court to transfer venue of the Southmark Corporation bankruptcy ease to this court. Although written in narrative form, this memorandum opinion and order contains the court’s findings of facts and conclusions of law required by Bankruptcy Rules 7052 and 9014.
