Before the Court are the questions of (1) the appropriate venue as between this district and the District of Delaware for the administration of the chapter 11 cases of Interlink Home Health Care, Inc. (“Interlink”) and 13 subsidiaries (the “Interlink Subsidiaries”); and (2) whether chapter 11 cases filed in the District of Delaware by Phoenix Group Corporation (“Phoenix”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Ameri-care Management, Inc.
