Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), rendered September 23, 2003, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.
In satisfaction of a four-count indictment, defendant pleaded guilty in 2002 to robbery in the first degree. Pursuant to the terms of the plea agreement, he was thereafter sentenced to five years of probation. In 2003, defendant was charged with violating various conditions of his probation by failing to abstain from the use of alcohol and illegal drugs and engaging in violent and threatening behavior toward his peers.…
