Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Scarano, J.), rendered May 6, 2013, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.
In September 2012, defendant pleaded guilty to assault in the second degree as the result of an incident wherein he injured a State Trooper who was attempting to arrest him. County Court imposed the agreed-upon sentence of time served to be followed by five years of probation.
