— Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiff, entered September 19, 1974 in Ulster County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term without a jury. The dispute herein centers on the correct location of the boundary line separating parcels of real property in Ulster County owned by the plaintiff and defendant Village of Ellenville. Both of these parties claim ownership of a certain area of land situated on or near this boundary line, and plaintiff commenced this action, pursuant to article 15 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law, to compel the…
