OPINION
MARY P. GORMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court on the Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt filed by Plaintiffs, Lalit and Daphne Sinha, and the handwritten answer thereto filed by Defendant, Jerald Edward Clark. This adversary proceeding involves allegations of fraud and willful and malicious injury in connection with a residential remodeling agreement. On July 12, 2005, the Sinhas filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, to which Mr. Clark filed a handwritten response on August 4, 2005.
