—In an action to recover damages for injury to property and loss of income, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their notice of appeal and reply brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (DiBlasi, J.), entered February 17, 1999, as granted the motion of the defendant ADT Security Systems, Northeast, Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
