Gregory Lamar Ballard appeals from the denial of his petition for resentencing, which he filed pursuant to § 15-22-54.1, Ala. Code 1975.

On September 1, 2010, Ballard filed his petition for resentencing. According to Ballard’s petition, he was convicted of first-degree theft and first-degree receiving stolen property and was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment.
