BURKE, Judge.

Cleveland Bennett Reese appeals the order of the circuit court removing him from a work-release program. On July 28, 2010, Reese pleaded guilty to first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation of § 13A-12-213, Ala.Code 1975, and was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment to be served in the Houston County Community Corrections.
