Oppenheimer & Company, Inc., and Wilder George Lucas appeal from a judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of Ruth Houck Lucas, individually and as assignee of the claims of the estate of her husband, Wilder Lucas. Ruth Lucas brought this diversity action against Oppenheimer & Company, Inc., and her son Wilder George Lucas for the conversion of securities from her husband’s estate.
