|,Because on original hearing we found that the failure to submit the trial transcript was not attributable to the defendant, Clifford Pierce, and that without a trial transcript Mr. Pierce’s constitutional right to judicial review of his conviction was rendered meaningless, we vacated his conviction and life without parole sentence, and remanded this matter for a new trial.
