Introduction

Ross Rabuck is the subject of a commitment petition filed pursuant to the Sexually Violent Predator Act, Welfare and Institutions Code section 6600 et seq. (SVPA). In March 2012, the respondent court, pursuant to section 6602, found probable cause to believe Rabuck met the criteria for commitment as a sexually violent predator.
