This is one of three actions brought by the appellant, West American Finance Company, a corporation, against the respondent, Pacific Indemnity Company, a corporation, to recover from the latter the total sum of $90,000 claimed to be due under three successive fidelity bonds issued by the indemnity company insuring the finance company against loss from dishonest acts of its officers, clerks, and employees.
