ORDER

The plaintiffs, Laurence F. Rutter and Alexandra C. Rutter, appeal from summary judgment entered against them and in favor of the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) and PennyMac Loan Services, LLC (PennyMac). This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on December 3, 2013, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided.
