SUHRHEINRICH, Judge.
Plaintiff Jose Lee, by his Mark and by his Next Kin, Arthur Lee and Audrey Lee, appeal from the order of the district court granting Defendants’ motion for summary judgment on Plaintiffs excessive force claim brought under 42 U.S.C.1983. We AFFIRM.

Plaintiff Jose Lee is a middle-aged, disabled black man living in Paducah, Kentucky, with his parents, Arthur and Nancy. Jose is severely autistic, with a mental age similar to that of a three year old child. His actions are rote, and he has no vocal means of communication.
