THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motions for Bill of Costs and Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses (Dkts.# 570, 578). Plaintiffs, two individual pharmacists and a corporate pharmacy, challenged Washington State Board of Pharmacy regulations which compelled pharmacies and pharmacists to dispense lawfully prescribed emergency contraceptives over sincere religious beliefs against the practice.
