MEMORANDUM OPINION

DEBORAH K. CHASANOW, District Judge.

Presently pending and ready for resolution in this First Amendment case is a motion for attorneys’ fees and costs filed by Plaintiff Michael Corral. (ECF No. 34). The issues have been fully briefed, *706and the court now rules, no hearing being deemed necessary. Local Rule 105.6. For the following reasons, Plaintiffs motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
