Appellants, Jake F. Zurn, Mrs. Mary M. Harold, and Mrs. Josie H. Barnes, as executrices of the estate of E. B. Harold, deceased, suffered a judgment in the sum of $1,926.83, principal and interest, upon an indemnity bond given to secure the performance of a contract on the part of the Hydraulic Building Stone Company, a corporation, to construct for appellee certain improvements upon one of his lots in Ft.
