This is an action brought by the School District of Gering against certain county officers, the committee for the reorganization of school districts and School District No. 8, all of Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. Plaintiff’s amended petition sets forth two causes of action. The first is for an accounting of school taxes levied and collected on a certain tract of real estate alleged to have been assessed in School District No. 8, and seeks the payment thereof to plaintiff district.
