McHUGH, Chief Justice:
This case is before this Court upon the appeal of Roger Haught. It arises from an order of the Circuit Court of Marion County which found the appellant guilty of manufacturing a controlled substance, marihuana, and possession with intent to deliver the same, in violation of W.Va.Code, 60A-4-401(a)(ii) [1983]. 1 The trial court sentenced the appellant to one to five years on each count with the sentences to run consecutively.
