Plaintiff Anna M. Klinke brought suit against the defendant, the Great Northern Life Insurance Company, a corporation, in an action at law, to recover as beneficiary the amount of insurance benefits claimed .under a written contract of accident and health insurance' issued to Lawrence A. Klinke, plaintiff's deceased husband.
