On the 31st day of December, 1931, the then trustees of the trust estate created by the last will and testament of James Campbell, now deceased, demised by two separate leases for a term of fifty years as and from January 1,1929, certain sugar lands belonging to the trust estate to the Ewa Plantation Company and the Oahu Sugar Company respectively.
