This case comes before rs on an appeal by tbe guardian ad litem appointed in connection with tbe accounts filed by John Kirkwood Clarke and James Leslie Coke, as trustees under tbe will and of tbe estate of James Campbell, deceased, covering tbe period January 1,1951, through September 25, 1951.
