APODACA, Chief Judge.

1.Worker appeals from an order of the workers’ compensation judge (the judge). The order established the employer’s and insurer’s (referred to collectively as Employer) right to reimbursement for compensation .benefits and advanced litigation expenses from sums obtained by Worker in settlement of a third-party tort claim. Worker argues the following issues on appeal: (1) the amount by which Employer was relieved from paying future benefits should be added to the value of its reimbursement claim for benefits already paid in determining Employer’s share of attorney…
