Plaintiff-Appellants Rajeshwar Singh Yadav and Roopa Yadav (“the Yadavs”) appeal an order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey granting summary judgment to Defendant-Appellees on Appellants’ claims that Appellees have discriminated against Appellants on the basis of national origin and have violated their Fourth, Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendment rights under the United States Constitution during a twenty-year land use dispute.
