The appellee on this record recoirered a judgment against the appellant in the Baltimore City Court, and this appeal, Avhich is prosecuted by the defendant in that suit, brings up for review three exceptions reserved by the defendant during the progress of the trial. The suit is one in trover to recover damages for the conversion by the defendant “of forty shares of the capital stock of the Mitchell Mining Company, a corporation” the property of the plaintiff, and of the ■value of thirteen dollars and fifty cents per share.
