This action is brought to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff as the result of a collision between the automobile which he was operating at the time of the accident and an automobile which is one of the assets of the estate of Robert F. Dwyer, of which estate the defendant Dorothy Dwyer Bassett is the administratrix. At the time of the accident the automobile was operated by one Joseph F.
