Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Herrick, J.), rendered June 14, 2002, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted robbery in the second degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to attempted robbery in the second degree in full satisfaction of an indictment charging him with robbery in the second degree and two counts of burglary in the second degree.
