In this appeal of a judgment entered in favor of a plaintiff against a defendant in an action for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract, we consider whether the plaintiff introduced evi dence to establish that it incurred damage to the value of its ground lease as a result of the defendant’s conduct.
