MEMORANDUM OPINION GRANTING MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY

C. HOUSTON ABEL, Chief Judge.

Before the Court is a Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay filed by H. Drue Pir-tle (“Pirtle”). As both sides stated during the hearing, the facts regarding this motion are somewhat unique. After review*782ing the arguments, evidence presented and the relevant law, the Court is of the opinion that the motion should be GRANTED. The following constitutes that Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law.
