Marlowe King was found guilty of first degree murder, aggravated battery and rape. He appeals from these jury verdicts and the judgment entered thereon. His defense was based on an alibi. He contends the evidence offered by the prosecution was insufficient to support the verdicts. The defendant was charged with the murder of Rilly Walker and with the aggravated battery and rape of Mrs. Walker.
