On February 20,1893, Hannah L. White-side obtained a personal judgment in the district court of Stafford county against Mary and Frederick Schulz in the sum of $327, and in the same action, and at the same time, also obtained a decree of foreclosure directing a sale of certain real estate situated in the city of St. John, Stafford county, Kansas. On September 25, 1893, said real estate was sold at sheriff’s sale pursuant *218to said decree, and Hannah L.
