ORDER

FORRESTER, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on defendant BSE Management, Inc.’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2). For the reasons discussed below, the motion is GRANTED.

I. STATEMENT OF THE CASE

A. Complaint

The complaint alleges that the plaintiff, Commercial Casualty Insurance, a Georgia corporation, issued an insurance policy to defendant, BSE Management, a California corporation, for general and professional liability insurance coverage.
