This is a dispute over whether an agricultural cooperative properly compensated one of its member dairies for milk the dairy produced.
*1041Plaintiff DeVries Dairy, LLC, alleges that defendant White Eagle Cooperative Association breached the parties’ contract by not paying DeVries a fair and equitable premium for DeVries’s milk.
