I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on separate Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant Chris Richardson [dkt. 52] and Defendants Redford Township, Brian Jones, Eric Woodall, Eric Gillman, John Butler, Kevin Jeziorowski, and William Hand [dkt. 54]. Both motions have been fully briefed. The Court finds that the facts and legal arguments are adequately presented in the parties’ papers such that the decision process would not be significantly aided by oral argument.
