The plaintiff and Morris signed a purchase and sale agreement for the sale of real property located in Wilton, with certain mortgage and environmental conditions. Murray, a principal of Galbreath, acted as broker and agent for Morris. Murray provided the plaintiff's bank with an environmental questionnaire…
