This is an appeal by James Arthur Beisenhus from an order of the circuit court of Cook county entered April 27, 1937, in a matter wherein two appeals from the probate court of Cook county had been consolidated for hearing. May 16, 1935, an order was entered by the county court of Cook county adjudging James Arthur Beisenhus to be an insane person, and he was committed to the asylum at Kankakee. The next day upon petition of the father, Peter P.
