The defendant, Harry Anstman, one of multiple defendants in an action brought under the Dram Shop Statute, appeals to this court from an order of the trial court denying his motion to set aside an order of default entered against him. As to the other defendants, the cause is pending on the pleadings. The complaint was filed and on February 19,1958, the defendant Austman was served with process of summons by the sheriff of Livingston County.
