This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of McLean County which, although resolving with finality the title to certain real property as between the plaintiff and defendant-counterclaimant, re-referred the cause to the master to take evidence relative to an accounting between the parties. While the decisions of this court make it clear that the decree fixing the property rights of the parties is final and appealable, (See: Barnhart v. Barnhart, 415 Ill. 303; Apple v.
