Brian Green (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction of statutory sodomy in the first degree, a violation of section 566.062, RSMo Cum.Supp.2006; he was acquitted at the jury trial of statutory rape in the first degree. He claims trial court error in three respects. First, Appellant claims that the jury saw him in handcuffs as he was being brought into the trial, which deprived him of the presumption of innocence.
